ISTANBUL - The lawsuit filed against the magazine's Managing Editor Ramazan Yurttapan, the magazine's editor Haydar Ergül and 3 writers due to the articles published in the thought and theory magazine Democratic Modernity is postponed.
The 5th hearing of the case filed against the magazine's Managing Editor Ramazan Yurttapan, the magazine's editor Haydar Ergül and 3 writers on the charge of "publicly insulting the Turkish nation" due to the articles published in the thought and theory magazine Democratic Modernity, was held at the 2nd Court of First Instance of the Istanbul Courthouse in Çağlayan.
While no one attended the hearing, the court postponed the next hearing to June 27 to correct the deficiencies.
