People's Democratic Congress (HDK) Co-spokesperson and HDP Muş MP Gülistan Kılıç Koçyiğit said AKP- MHP alliance is trying to gain benefits from these families by making themselves look downtrodden.
Koçyiğit emphasizing that there is an alliance that is trying to eliminate and oppress the powers of democracy and opposition, stated that at this point if the Kurdish community and Turkey's democracy front does not unite, this alliance will survive. Koçyiğit said: "Right now, there is an AKP- MHP alliance that is trying to open a field of legitimacy for themselves by shooting the Kurds and criminalizing HDP. The democracy forces in Turkey have to form an active struggle line against these attacks right now. We have to unite more, we have to get more closer together in order to win in the face of this mentality that is trying to seperate us, that is trying to isolate the Kurds from Turkey. This is the only way to victory."
