DÊRSIM - Dêrsim Municipality, where a trustee was appointed, was surrounded by concrete barriers.

 

Trustees were appointed to Dêrsim (Tunceli) Municipality under the Peoples' Equality and Democracy Party (DEM Party) administration and Pulur (Ovacık) Municipality under the Republican People's Party (CHP) administration yesterday. The first action of the governor Bülent Tekbıyıkoğlu, who was appointed as trustee to Dêrsim Municipality, was to close the municipality with concrete barriers in the early hours of the morning.

Democratic Regions Party (DBP) Co-Chair Çiğdem Kılıçgün Uçar, DEM Party Co-Chair Tülay Hatimoğulları and MPs will protest against the trustee decision today.
