We reached end of our work on commission says Parliament Speaker 2025-07-11 16:15:58   ANKARA – Speaking after the PKK’s weapons destruction ceremon, Parliament Speaker Numan Kurtulmus said: “We have reached the end of our work on the commission to be established in Parliament.”   Parliament Speaker Numan Kurtulmus, who is in Bosnia-Herzegovina for official contacts, made statements about the PKK's weapons destruction ceremony. Stating that the process is progressing as planned, Kurtulmuş said: "Everything is going in good faith. I invite everyone to support the process."   Speaking about the commission expected to be established in the Parliament, Kurtulmus said: “We have come to the end of our work on the commission” and stated that the process is closely followed by the Parliament.    “We will determine which issues will be addressed as a priority,” Kurtulmus said, adding that the number one issue of the commission is to follow the process of laying down arms and dissolving the organisation on behalf of the Parliament.
