SDF: Unprecedented escalations of Turkish occupation 2025-03-11 14:07:48   NEWS CENTRE - SDF Press Centre announced that the attacks of Turkey and the SNA escalated.    The attacks of Turkey and the Syrian National Army (SNA) against North and East Syria continue. SSD made a statement on the balance sheet of the attacks and resistance in the last 24 hours.    SDF statement reads: "The Turkish occupation and its mercenaries have intensified their brutal attacks on northern and eastern Syria, committing a massacre yesterday in the countryside of Sareen, which resulted in casualties of three children.   On Monday, the Turkish occupation UCAVs targeted the civilian homes in the village of Jarraf, Serrin town, south of Kobani. The brutal UCAV bombing resulted in the martyrdom of one child and the injury of two brothers. Meanwhile, the Turkish occupation continued shelling the villages of Al-Tina, Ja’da, Bir Hisso, Ghasq, Dekan, Melha, and Al-San’a, as well as the Sayfi Hill and Qara Qwzaq Hill. Using heavy artillery, tanks, rocket launchers, and mortars, they indiscriminately fired more than 70 shells, causing significant damage to civilian homes and properties. Additionally, a Turkish occupation UCAV struck the western countryside of Qara Qwzaq, resulting in further material damage.   The Turkish occupation and its mercenaries continued their relentless bombardment on the southern and northern countryside of the Tishreen Dam throughout Sunday night into Monday, using heavy artillery. This attack caused significant destruction to civilian homes, some of which caught fire. Turkish occupation warplanes also launched multiple airstrikes on the dam’s surroundings. By the afternoon, the occupation forces resumed their attacks with both heavy artillery and aircraft, specifically targeting workers’ housing and other areas in the dam’s vicinity, leading to further material damage.   Additionally, Turkish occupation warplanes and UCAVs maintained continuous aerial surveillance over Kobani, Ain Issa, and their surrounding countryside throughout the day."
